Being a lover of large purses, I've never been able to find a CCW purse that would carry everything I needed. Recently I purchased the Gun-Toten Mama Urban Shoulder bag. I was amazed that everything in my other purse would fit in it. Then was surprised how well balanced the purse is. The holster can be positioned for a vertical carry instead of a horizontal carry. It's made all the difference in the world in how comfortable the purse carries on my shoulder. And the leather is much softer than I expected. I'm a pleased customer for sure!

Howdy All,

I received my new purse (7031) last week. This is my first purse specially designed with a holster in it. What a great handbag! It's large enough to carry my J-frame revolver, yet small and stylish enough to not look like a briefcase or 'manbag'. I have been reluctant to get a concealed carry purse because of their size, this one is perfect. I have been practicing drawing and dry firing my gun, and the purse works great. Much better than trying to adapt a regular purse to carry a firearm safely. Thank you for your products and great service! Liz

Hi Timms, I didn't write back to confirm that this Sable #111 is an excellent concealed carry holster. I hike, hunt and target practice frequently, and haven't found any need to to trim or re-engineer this holster for my 5" 1911. It has excellent retention with quick release when drawing and is still the most comfortable of all my holsters for my 1911. Thank you for delivery of a very fine product.

A while back, I ordered one of your shado belt holsters for my ruger p89. I just wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with it. To buy a holster of this quality any where else would have cost me much more than I paid!! That holster will last longer than I will. I was so pleased that I just ordered a ranger shoulder holster for my hk usp 40. I'm gonna order 2 more. one for my glock 22 and one for my para p16. I appriciate the fine friendly customer service. I just wanted to provide some brief feedback on the Sable holster that you shipped to me earlier this week. First of all: Thank you for the fast delivery!

Watch out Don Hume and DeSantis, Shado's delivery times are by far one of the best experiences I made to date.

This also goes for fit and function of the holster as well as for the knowledge of their customer service: The gun I use is not listed on their website, yet I received a holster with a perfect fit.
The retention is excellent, yet the presentation is fast.
I used this holster to teach a defensive handgun class two days after receiving it. My co-instructor saw the holster and considers purchasing one for his range-firearms.
